TNP-food additives

Many packaged, canned and processed foods containing food additives, which help to preserve the life of the product. On average, a person who consumes more than 100 pounds of additives per year. Many, like refined sugar, corn syrup, salt, MSG may have negative effects on your health. The most harmful is chemically made by man. Your body has difficulty processing and eliminating them from your system. Therefore, some accumulate in fatty tissue, leading you to toxic reactions over time.

However, not all add-ons are toxic. Those from healthy, natural products is the least risky, but recruitment should continue to be kept to a minimum. The following are lists of food additives that are used frequently.The first list contains general safe additives and the second of those who should be avoided and the two lists contain names usually found on food labels.
